its pretty exciting as we make up allot different levels of difficulties and make the people watching us play gets interested and engrossed as well
the younger generations should try this out and get a feel of the thrill with simple materials but a challenging game.

it involves two teams (6 each) and a grid box on the floor.
the grid has six rectangular boxes.
one team runs only on the grid lines. the other team can only run and stay “safe” in the grid boxes.
the objective of the grid line team is to touch the grid box team, to prevent the latter from reaching home.
reaching home involves running from one end of grid box and back.

Q2b. those are the kampong times when we are penniless and we seek the environment as a playhouse. Everything in the household will be our toys. We make marbles from stones and the others are outdoor games. We will ususllay gather in the afternoon and catch fishes, make ourselves very muddy and after shower, we continue play marbles at home
Q2c. catching spiders
I feel that spider catching is not at all heard before nowdays..back in my times, we need to bait the spiders and make them eat the bait and they got trap. after playing for the day.. we usually go back to our trapping areas to see if we have trapped any spiders for the day.
the spiders can range up to a ping pong ball that big in those kampong areas.

I feel that the kids nowdays never had the fun we felt back in the days because of the technology we have now. owning a trapped spider is so called a very great thing among the kids we used to play with. the excitement of collecting them in matchboxes and make them fight in a jar. its like watching a pet of yours win the day in a jar, under a flourescent light in the living room.

My Observations: There was a small confusion on how to play the games as the instructions were not very clear to those who have never played the game. (happen to 3 users)

Importance of History
~ The past had value to our society
~ It is the narrative of mankind
~ Teaches wide range of materials
~ Presented properly lends itself to critical analysis

Importance of History for education
~ Those who knows the history well, are less likely to allow it to be repeated
~ History does repeat itself even if you do not know it
~ Knowing our past / roots
~ Doctors would not be able to heal patients without medical history
~ Scientist would get no where without past attempts
~ It gives us insights of why we are the way we are

> Basically, history us being taught to make sure the many generations on, do not make the same mistakes as the people in the past did.
> These generations are the onces who will be the ones taking over the leadership
> It is also important for us to know our roots
> Not to take for granted of what we have

Defination: Past Event
               Belonging to the past not present
               Something that happened in the past and it affects the present

Archaeologist
Problems face
1. Site preservation in the face of development
example: They have to salvage a site before a highway is being bulit thus delaying the project by a few months. Therefore, they are seen as meddlers in local affairs.
2. Being threaten by looters
3. Facing physical violence from looters
4. People think that Archaeologist materials are garbage

Our Q: How do we help Archaeologist preserve the historical site/place for them to be able to complete their project, even better being able to preserve the place?

Reasons:
1. Important knowledge for the early years like the development of ariculture,cult practices of folk religon, rise of the first cities all comes from Archaeology
2. These information could also tell us about the past/our past
3. Preserving these site for research allows the Archaeologist to dig for more informtaion which money can never buy and then building the project on to it
4. It would also be even better to see the actual place than being told by mouth or by photos (experiencing the real thing) for generations on
